"WOW!!! This is going to be tough. ... I ate all the eggs but could only eat about 3-4 ounces of the beef and I thought I was going to burst." :ghey:
"The diet is going to be the tough part. I couldn't eat my last meal last night. I just had no room." :ghey:
"God I feel like shit today. I woke up with the worst headache and neckache. I took a few advil but I couldn't eat because I thought I was going to puke. Then when I got to work my blood sugar crashed bigtime. I got dizzy, flashes of light and shaky. I pounded some sugar and finally had a bit of breakfast and now my stomach is upset and I can feel my sugar dropping again. This sucks." :ghey:
You realize that 4000+ calories is around double your basal metabolic rate? Meaning if (which I doubt you can/are) you do eat 4000+ calories a day, youre standing to gain around 1lb of fat every 2 days?

YJ - Interesting.
I used the calculation from your BMR post and calculated: BMR + Activity Factor + Thermogenic Food Effect = 2957. While I was in maintenance, I ate 3000 cals and held a steady weight and bf%. Do you still think 4000 is too much? What would you suggest?
Why would you doubt that I'm eating 4000 cals? Check my diet, bro. I'm sticking to it 100%.

Ok, you have a more accurate count, cudos for that. So around 3000k maintainance, which without doing it myself, looks about right, youre eating 1000 calories+ over that a day. We know that 3500 calories = one pound of fat...... I would be eating at right around 500 calories in excess a day (maybe a tad more if youre using androgens) to bulk. Its easy to put on fat when bulking, so I wouldnt stray too far beyong that 500 calories. At 1000+ excess a day, thats a 7000 calorie excess a week, meaning exactly 2lbs of fat a week (not day like I said before, my apologies).
IF you are indeed eating 4000+ cals at 180lbs, you have my respect.....
So is this thing finally over? When was the finishing date? I want to see pictures and no excuses from either party if they look shitty becuase they both talked shit.

The threads are stickies in the Training Forum. I took my pics down b/c of personal reasons ... I still have the before pics, and I'll post before / after side-by-side.
I'm up 18 lbs and added 4" to my chest. Added some fat, too.
I guess we're judging on who's bulker was more successful.
