Ideally your heart should be pounding, you should be covered in sweat, you should be out of breath, your legs should be sore, and your throat should feel like it's on fire ( that's a sign that your thyroid gland is being stimulated, and your metabolism is about to increase ).
i thought ideal heart rate was about 70-75% of your max heart rate (estimated by 220-your age) to lose fat ... when i exercise at this rate or eve slightly above i dont heart pounding, out of breath or sore legs, and my throat does not feel like its on fire

i did get these feelings when i was kickboxing (working at about 85-90% of my max heart rate) for an hour at a time ... my fat loss was minimal

Good read till I saw this.
IMO this is worst statement I've ever read. Now all the people looking for a magic pill to make them thin have something to look forward to.

Didn't kynoselen get a lot of bad reviews after it hit the scene? I never used it but I remember ppl posting that claimed that 3-4cc's didn't do anything but cause pain and welts at the injection site.

I do like most of the post though, makes me question my intensity of cardio. Actually after I put that into action I'll hate the article but the results will be worth it :p
