how can i make an effictive cycle out of(this is all i can get) BritishDragon Deca 250 10ml, and BD test cyp 200 10ml, and standard pct with nolva, i was thinkin 300mg deca and 200mg test a week, enyone else with a better plan, replies r appriciated.

First of all.. if all you have is 1 lil 10 ml vial of test.. dont even bother starting a cycle....
If you do have more than 1 vial of test and even deca, do this..
600mg test week 1-12
300mg deca week 1-12
week14 start pct...Comment

you should do more research....
ne ways, if it is your first cycle, make it easy and simple....
400mg test weeks 1 -10( split shots up.. mon and thurs.)
week 12 start pct...
last thing..... eat eat eat and eat more.....Comment

hey guys well i have been researchin for over a year now, i know about the first cycle is to take test between 300-500 week for 10 weeks i kno i kno, but i got a free btl of deca and i wanted to take that and just have the test as a sex aid.Comment

Just because you have a free bottle of deca does not mean you have to use it. Get another bottle of test and run it at 500mg for 10-12 weeks.Comment
