at 1iu/day - it won't do a significant amount. same expectations - slight body comp changes. that's all :) slow and steady does the trick.
i do believe i will benefit from it more than you though as i am a full 6 months older than you :D :P

i use 25mcgs but its from mexico so its probably weaker than that. i also went about 4 mons of t-3 then i stoped for 2 mons and back on. dont know why just scared i guess. t-3 is no joke do your homework and good luck.

4ius for your age would be perfect....I just have found out a better way of injecting it...sub-q but in your inter thigh area....much less fat there so it will be absorbed faster and greater....:) I read this info in superf article....make alot of sense....if you inject in high fat areas it does take longer to absorb and not all of it will be absorbed....something to think about....

yeah I read the same thing and that is where I was going to do my injects. Should I split the dose? 2 in the AM and 2 later in the day? or just shoot 4 at once? at what spot on the inner thigh, close to the groin, middle or lower?
I won't get into my workouts, LOL. That is why I am doing the contest. hehe
2ius right when you wake up and 2ius 12 hours later unless you work out around that time. you dont wanna take before sleep or workouts. or right after workouts. i read about the inner thigh also but i have no fat there so i stick to my belly cuzz i know that works.
