    I usually work out in the morning. So i will workout, come home and shoot the morning one which will be around 6 or 7 am and then at 6 or 7 at night shoot the other 2?

      you dont wanna use after you workout cuzz thats when your makin it natty. when do you wake and when do you workout? it would be best to take right when you get up. (thats when GH is its lowest) eat something then workout.

          oh shit i just noticed what time you get up to workout. i would wait a couple of hours after workout if poss. for the first shot.

            I could put it off to 730 at the latest on my early days but on my late days I could do 830. or I could just shoot at work, LOL.

              you don't have to have fat on your inner thigh to inject....its sub-q....pull up your skin and stick it right in there :)

                I have been running 4 IU's ed for the past 6 months and will be running 2.7 IU's for another month and then I'm done :( . I love this stuff but just can't afford it very often. I was only able to afford this one because I got a deal at 90 cents per IU of the time release stuff (1 shot a month). I have friends in low places, LOL. I was able to get it tested to make sure it was legit too.

                You will find you can cheat like a MF on your carbs and still drop BF.
