Hey, have any of you guys used the liquid form? How do you take it? What amounts?

I have the cinnamon. I am not yet to the point of using it, but I want to be sure I know how the fuck to use it before i do. Do you just put it in a glass when you have taken it?

squirt it directly in the mouth of your rat. then drink some water .....don't mix it with anything.....
