I have ran a cycle of deca and winny recently at 400mg wk and 50mg eod of winny saw decent results but would like something more to cut with and more strenth building.Any suggestions for my next cycle.
my height is 5 8
weight before 1st was 185
after was 210
eating habits are under what they should be but about 4 meals daily with some snacking inbetween. I tend not to hold fat or put it on mostly
been lifting for about 5 years
on and off
I am 25 years
Playing rugby i still want to have flexability and need to keep my body very agile
I need alot of dense muscle without any uneeded bulk.
Any help with cycle or eating and workout help esspecially from fellow rugby players is appriaciated
