Your right Bruce, but there is also no scientific evidence that stacking steroids works better than using them alone, but we all know that using them together works better, same goes for the blood type diet. No scientific evidence, but it works!;)

Hey bro, I in no way meant to discredit your info.... I was just posting that, because stonecold was asking for a study that proved this theory....... And your absolutely right, a lot of the time, the Bodybuilding community is way ahead of science. IMHO, that theory your talking about wouldn't make any difference to a persons gains...... But everyone is entitled to their opinion.

      and back at ya......... :ghey:

That's intense. The most I've ever eaten is about 8k cals per day, but I got a lot of it through liquids. It's hard to eat more than about 6k cals from solid food.

Holly crap, thats how a bb has to eat when bulking? I mean...how do you find all the time? I assume you don't have a normal 9-5 job...It's hard enough for me to get in a good 8 meals a day. The sheer expense behind it seem ridiculous as well. I'm gonna have to get a job again if I wanna do this right.

its like they say, when u love bodybuilding,u'd do anything to achieve your goal. Its a bit expensive, but hey if u want that, i say go for it. There was a timeon my cycle i was eating shit loads and the bill was coming up pretty high. Like this one dude told me once, "TO be big, u gottaeat big":D

You are correct I dont have a regular 9-5 job. This is an old post now though and have changed my eating pattern a bit. Not taking in that amount of cals now. That was a diet to blast me over a wall that I had hit. I ate like that for about 3 months.

Not bad. We have similar diets actually. But rather than 10 egg whites, I have 8 and rather than two T-bones, I have 1 large NY strip or sometimes a Porterhouse. But then again, I am 5' 8" and only weigh 200 - 210 pounds. I do process food fairly fast though. At least it seems like it. I am always hungry again within an hour and a half or two hours.

I LOVE steak!!! Sometime - I'll have to post my Guiness and New Castle Porterhouse. ;) That with a little bit of Montreal Steak Seasoning and KABAM!!! Throw is some grilled garlc cloves and yummy, yum, yum. :)

                              Cheers!

Thinking about eating all that food made me sick. I can't imagine what it must be like.
