  • Critique My Winter Bulker

    Stats : 5'8" 165lbs 7% BF, looking to put on some good mass for winter.
    Finished a cutter about 3 weeks ago w/ PH's. Lost 5 lbs and gained strength, lowered BF about 3%, so it was a successful cutter.
    Proposed Bulker:
    Week 1-4 50mg Anadrol
    Week 1-2 100mg Test Prop EOD
    Week 1-10 500mg Test Enan
    Week 1-10 500mg 1-Test Cyp
    Week 11-12 100mg Test Prop EOD

    Letrozole .5mg ED throughout.
    Nolva as needed, not to exceed 10mg per day.

    PCT
    Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolva ED
    Weeks 15-16 20mg Nolva ED

    Whatta you guys think? Is that too long a PCT or no?

      It's supposed to be a good lean gainer and good addition w/ a long acting test ester

          Looks similar to the bulker I'm running.

          I assume you're running the prop to front load. If so, I would bump it to 150 mg and run it for 3 weeks. That way, you start to come off the prop right as the Test E kicks in.

          I have never run PHs, but, from what I've read, you're better off using the real thing. I haven't used Tren E, so I can't comment there either. You should probably check with someone who has experience with both of those.

          I ran Letro last cycle at 1.25 EOD... kept me bone dry, but it killed my sex drive and messed with my sleep. I'm running aromasin this time.

          I run the exact same PCT.

          Keep us updated on how the drol treats you. I thought about drol, but decided to run dbol at 40 mg / ed.

            Yeah the prop's a frontload and let off. I'll consider kickin it up a lil, but i've never run prop before so I kinda wanna see how it treats me.
            From the results I've read from ppl on other boards, the consensus is that 1-test cyp is a better alternative to EQ - lean gains, but more strength. Tren E is attractive just b/c it's tren and u can run it longer.
            I thought about runnin the Letro @ 1mg per day, but I don't think I would even consider going higher b/c it's good to have some estrogen free flowing.
            My diet will hopefully be 3000-3500 calories consisting of 300-400g carbs, around 250g protein, 50g fats

              run the prop 3 week to start and 3 to finish. i dont know about the PH stuff but i would bet the farm tren is alot better. why run letro if your goin for a winter bulker. gyno shouldnt be a problem let the anti e go. PCT is cool i like clomid with nolva but thats just me. good luck

                Diet is the key to any bulker. To give you an idea, I am able to go from 180 lbs to 200 lbs every winter on diet alone (NO AAS).

                Given your stats, your maitenance cals are 2864. You should shoot for at least 3400 cals each day with 360 g protein, 215 g carbs, and 65 g fat. Also, be sure to eat the right carbs ... brown rice, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, oatmeal, etc, etc.

                    1-test is not a PH... i don't think i have to explain that.
                    I've never run drol before, only dbol and m1t. I had access to drol this time for cheap, so I thought I'd give it a go.
                    Advice on Prop will probably be followed

                          The first numbers are from 5/20/04, 2nd ones are from 10/13/04, 3rd #'s are the difference. Keep in mind, I did the 5/20/04 measurements the day I ended a bulking cycle. I lost about 5 lbs of the overall 13lb gain of that cycle (m1t/4ad) So a more accurate weight might be upper 150's. BF was significantly higher as well at that time, as well as water retention.

                            Seems pretty good man, particularly impressive are the gains in the chest and forearms, and you've kept your waist measurement down too. Seem like you have the same problem that i have with my wheels, bastards just don't grow. At least you get some gains on your calves though, I don't even get that.

                              Yeah lower legs are especially tough to get to grow. I guess I should have also noted that all these measurements are taken at rest.., lol. I know it's still small even at rest, but it would sound bad if i were flexed and still that small ;)
