Will b6 reduce water retention while on a cycle? Just wondering cause a BB told me to take 200mg of b6 while on to reduce it w/o using nolva or arimidex. Just want to know if anyones tried it and is it effective. Thanks.

Re: Vitamin B6 To reduce water retention
it might if you are using anadrol, deca or tren. it reduces formation of prolactin. which could lead to less water.Originally posted by therock

well when I started my B6 recently I was already 5 weeks into my tren cycle. I started at 600mg a day and it did take the majority of my symptoms away but the lumps didn't go away until I stopped the tren. But I am wondering if I had started them at the same time it would have kept the sides from coming in the first place. I would say around 400-500 and see what happens. you can gradually reduce during the cycle to see at what point the sides come back on strong.Originally posted by Pumpdogg
Hey stone is that 200 a day? Getting reday to do a tren/prop cycle. Want to keep gyno away.

Stone I am taking Test E @ 500mgs, Decca@ 300mgs a week and I have been on for 2 weeks and I starting dbol @ 40mgs a day next week. So should I take 200mgs or 400mgs of b6? Cause I will be competing in my first contest in about 20wks and I will be running anavar and tren at the end w/ the decca and test.

did you have the gland removed or just the tissue? and how much did it run you?Originally posted by Pumpdogg
Thanks stone I just had some pesky gyno removed from puberty and years of cycling without PCT. I do not want to go through that again. I will run it throughout the cycle to keep things from returning.

I had the tissue removed. I did not want the scar around my nipple or the indentiom so many times I have seen from such surgery. I know It can come back any cycle without the proper protocol. It cost $2500 for the O.R. anethsia, or however you spell that and surgery. No visible scarring after the small incisions below my pecs on the side are completely healed. Chest looks much better already.

Yeah both em. He is a killer surgeon. Has done allot of work on my wife from a bad car wreck she had. He is funny as hell, everytime I go in the office he talks to me for 15 minutes about training nutrition etc... He loves bodybuilding and keeps himself in great shape. I cant say enough good things about this guy. He has trained in Paris, studied at Harvard the list goes on. He really likes to work on deformed children, and I mean that in the manner of he likes to try and make them look as perfect as he can. Okay I gotta stop sorry to ramble on
