  • carb-loading

I tried carb loading recently. I restricted carbs for 5 days, and on the sixth day (today) I did my work out (it was legs) and everything was fine, then about 5 minutes after i finished i got dizzy as fuck and felt like passing out. I ate some carbs but still feel like shit. Does this happen to anyone else? Does deca or eq help with this, or make it worse?

yeah its called hypoglycemia. If you don't eat carbs to get blood sugar and then you work out and burn a lot of blood sugar you will pass out. LOL

Not sure what it's from, but leg days consist of intense sweating, dizziness, and nausea. From some weird reason, I look forward to leg days.

well the nausea and dizziness are just from working the biggest muscles in your body. and the sweating is because you are worried you are gonna get beat like a red-headed step-child. LOL

Don't mind these damn thread stealers ^^^^. :D

What is your reason for carb loading. When I compete I feel the same way during carb loading. After depleting for a few days and then introducing a large amount of carbs, my body doesn't seem to like it very much and I feel like crap. Just my experience though. Don't know if this is what's happening to you or not.
