    Has anyone used GH by itself, If so what were the results?

    Everything you read says you need, androgens, thyroid, insulin etc with it. It seems difficult if and when taking all this with it how effective the growth is.

    well that is the catch. for you to see its full affects you HAVE to use it with other substances. i am sure GH only you would see some fat loss and some "younger" sides. But you probably wouldn't see much muscle growth, though you may maintain more easily.

      I did it by itself a few years back and he is right I had quite a bit of fat loss but not much strength or muscle gain. It did help me keep my strength and muscle size I already had though while losing 30 lbs which is very hard to do.

        Thanks for that, I've been off juice now for 7 weeks, got back into assisted bbuilding about a year ago and have made some pretty good gains since which I've largely held onto. I always clomid, hcg, nolva and proviron after every cycle.

        I have done a 4 week stint of gh, 12 IU every three days, about 6 months ago. I really did blow up in size and made some milestone strength increases on it, but I was taking deca and dbol simultanaously.

        I was considering using gh after my next course of test derivatives (probably gonna try tren with some anabolic, say winnie of var), its always my compound excercises; free weight squats, bent over rows and dumbell bench presses that seem to diminish after a course, I figures all the connective tissue support from GH would mitigate this and give me confidence about injuries.

        What do you think?

        PS thats a cool picture in your profile, Mike Mentzer I assume, he must have been pretty strong as well as physically honed?

          you should do a lot more reading on GH. for it to be effective, you need to do long term runs of it, for example stonecold's now starting 4iu's for 6months ...12iu E3D for 4 weeks probably did nothing. the size and strength came from the dbol and deca. period.

            Yes, 7 months, 2 iu per day, if you do a search talked about this several times.

            5 lb muscle gain in the most stubborn of area's
            great recuperation and strength on low cal diet, plus cardio

            got progressively tired after 3-4 months, wish I had used some t-3
            no fat loss to speak of

            was 42-43 at time been training 25 yrs.

              interesting. How bad was the tiredness? I will have have my T-3 tomorrow to start. But you didn't see any fat loss at all? I hope with 4ius I see some. :D

                In terms of the tiredness bit, I also got that when taking GH, I put some of it down to the weight gain, I went from 218 to 233 in 4-5weeks, while taking 30mg dbol pd and just 200mg deca per week.

                I had my blood tested for cholesterol in one of those mobile testing vans and when they tested my blood sugar at the same time they said that given what I'd eaten that morning my levels indicated low blood sugar. Thats something that I never had before.

                One thing to note, when I take t4 (which I understand gets converted to t3 in the body) I feel a surge in energy and conciouseness levels, I wonder if the growth has an effect on natural thyroid.

                One thing is re-assuring I felt fine again a short while after coming off the GH and my weight and body composition hasn't degraded much since. That was about 6 months ago, I've since done and 8 week course of deca and equipoise.

                I finished that 7 weeks ago and I still weigh 230-231 lb, I do feel that the gains I made while including growth, largely stayed with me.

                  tiredness, sucked bad, I work out in am and sometimes I'd have to rest for an hour before going into work

                  t-3, low dose, 25mcg will do the trick, some need and some don't

                  i'm already fairly lean 10-12%, so no bfat loss

                  imho, bf loss comes with the t-3, and angrogens to keep from catobolic

                  if the tiredness hits you you will know it

                    in a few posts I stated that after my first two shots I got real tired. LOL-its already starting but on OLOGY Drveejay said that that went away after a month. I am going to start T3 soon plus sometimes pop a clen tab before work to give me a boost. LOL
