Get him on some Nolva ASAP. If the gyno is from the tren, I'm not too sure the nolva will help, but it worth a try. You may have to pick up some Bromo.

Start him on nolva. I'm sure you know the dosages. 40mg/ed until the sympoms go away 20mg/ed for the remainder of the cycle.

Get him on nolva at 40 to 60 mg ed. If it gets noticably worse in spite of that, stop the cycle and continue the nolva until symptoms go away. Think about it dude; no amount of muscle is worth a set of bitch tits.

                knots?

hey - what's all this about a knot under the nipple? i've got one of these. i was working out very hard for about six months, but without steroids. i noticed this 'knot' one day - i was in the gym, as a matter of fact. i was very much a beginner, though training hard, and have stopped altogether, never on roids. my question is - what the hell is that all about? the knot isn't going away. i'd be glad if i could attribute it to working out and not have to worry about it anymore, as i initially did. or it may be a cyst as the other guy commented. i've got to ask here because you guys are talking about it, and i had initially just shrugged it off as an unwanted result of working my chest. make any sense? all i've got is a sort of soreness, no growth apparently. a hard spot.

Bromocriptine at 2.5mg - 5mg ED should take care of gyno problems arising from tren. I'd go with a combo of bromo and Nolva, since he's using both test and tren. If he's using a high dose of test, maybe look at throwing in some Letrozole.

I would stay away from the bromo. It is a harsh drug without any proven benefit over nolva alone.

Liathain - I would have that checked out by a doctor. It sounds odd if you haven't ever used AAS or prohormones. Unexplained lumps in your breast is not something you should ignore or take lightly. Breast cancer in men is fairly rare but it does happen.

Spidey...I know some people get nasty sides from bromo...but I used it and had no ill-effects at all, and it kept the progesterone gyno away (I was using NPP, which would definately have got my nips puffy if not for the bromo). I used 2.5mg ED (taken after breakfast) with no problems. It definately worked better than Nolva alone for me.
