I just came across sustonen 250, but i was told to gain some weight beforei start a cycle. I have decided to hold off on the sust. and do it naturally for the time being. How much carbs,protein ,calories, and fat should i be taking in daily. My stats are 6ft 3in 170lbs.Thanks in advance

I use 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat for bulking.
