IGF-1 just arrived!!!!!

the Long r3 IGF-I powder (1 mg) i ordered just arrived now i have a couple of quetions:
do i mix it with BA ?
how long does it last refrigerated?
when is the best time to take it? ( im planing to use 20mcg a day)

Bro....definately do more reading before you start. I could answer your questions but it's would just be easier for you to do a search...There have been some good posts on IGF in the past. Also do a search for GFL, which is just another name for it. For another resource beyondmass.com has a GFL discussion in their anabolics forum. Go there and you will find a ton of info.
