  • In a funk

    I have been on t4 and deca300 for about 7 weeks now, and have gained about 27 pounds...but holy shit have I been in a funk the last 2 weeks....I have made no gains in weight (I have in strength) and seems as if everything just stopped growing on me. It kinda sucks. My workouts have even seemed a little down. What gives?

    27 pounds and you are bitching!?!???? I should ban you, LOL. Just be happy with that and keep training. The trick is to maintain some of that weight when you go off. LOL

      27lbs thats great! is this your first? keep trainin maybe eat more to maintain your new weight.

        Yeah...I should keep my mouth shut beings I have had good success thus far...no need to ban me lol.

        I just wanted to vent a little perhaps.

        this is my first "true" cycle. I started at 251 and am sitting at 278 right now...my weight has stayed consistent at that weight now for awhile.

              Id reevaluate my diet if i was you time to start eating more.You need to start eating for your new weight and change your calorie consumption. The last time i got stalled it was my diet.

                You have had excellent gains bro, just try to hold on to them. Cant ask for much more than 27 lbs in a cycle.

                  A friend of mine that owns a supplement shop recently did a test only cycle and gained 55lbs while losing bodyfat. It was his first cycle his nutrition was flawless and so far he has retained 45lbs(hes been off 3 months).

                  27 lbs is good but he could still gain a little more if he reevaluated his diet. Why settle for 27 when he might be able to gain 30 or 35?

                    I think you boys are right, I need to take in more calories. This isnt the first time I have weighed this much though. During the season (football) I weighed in at 285 - 290, and I did eat a helluva lot more then I do now. I will adjust my calories.
