    Test questions

    G'day all. Just got a couple of quick questions. Firstly ive just found out that ive got to get my wisdom teeth removed. Im currently on a course of prop @ 700mg a week and was wondering if this would effect the general anaesthetic when they put me under? Would it be better to come off or stay on? Im only 2 weeks in and have another 4 weeks before they get removed. Secondly a friend of me and my training partner has been put on a course of prop at 350mg a week and has managed to come down with the flu. We where arguing about what could have caused this. He recons test flu. But the dosage of test is not high enough, His theory is that your immune system has been strengthen therefore you should be able to get normal colds or the flu. Is this true? I feel you can still get the onset of it but you generally recover quicker.

    i was in the same boat u are.. i was on 750 mg of sust.. and i had my wisdom teeth removed like 2 months ago.. i was worrying bout if i shoulda told the surgen or not.. and i didnt.. yea i took a chance but everything was fine for me, also 5 days ago i got a root canale(sp?) done and it was fine too soo u should be fine with the surgery..
    and about ur friend ..if he knows wat test flu is and he doesnt think thats it.. it coud just be the "flu," i mean it is flu season and even though ur immune system will get better u still have a chance of gettin it... tell him to wait and see how he feels in a couple days....

      Cool, thanks for the reply. Yeah i dont think its test flu. How can you get that on 350mg a week? Anyhow will wait and see.

        Has your friend used Prop before? Some people have reactions to the propionic acid used to make prop. To make a long story short steroids are made with carboxylic acid esters which is just a fancy term for fatty acids. These fatty acids are of varying links and affect the release of injectable steroids from the site of injection to varying degrees by altering there fat solubilities. A short ester like propionate is very fast acting because its less fat soluble. But it is also more acidic and therefore irritating to some individuals. Injection site irritation and inflammation are common and some individuals develope flu like symptoms.

          No its his first time on it. The same with me. I wanted to start him on enathate. Thats what I used on my first cycle, but couldnt get hold of any. The pain isnt that bad. ive got slight soreness where i inject but nothing major. You only feel it when you think about it sort of thing. I just think he's being a little bitch. :)

            His body may very well be having a reaction to the prop. Dont blame him for his bodies chemistry.

              there is no reason to come off when you get your teeth pulled!

              your friend may very well have test flu! everyone reacts different bro-- no matter the dose

                Not blaming him bro just having a quick stab at him as he probably has seen this post. Talked to him today, his all good. House1 just wasnt sure they ask alot of question about medical history before they put you under. Juice wasnt one of them tho so just wondering if i would have had to own up to being on when it came time to gas me.
