lump in tricep

I have been off for a little over 2 months. last night i felt a lump in my tricep. its in the area where i was spot injecting with tren/prop. i never noticed it before, and its not very visble but you can feel it.
the area is not hot or red so i dont think its infected. could it be a sterile abcess? and could one form months later?:confused:

I get them too from bad placed shots. too close to non muscular tissue. they go away eventually.
