hey guys glad i asked a good question with the m1t dbol deal. but now i am wondering about pct. i know about clomid and nolvedex( sorry if spelling is wrong) i dont know to much about eaither. so the question is which is better and the big question is what is the best way to take it when that time comes. i am doing a test 250 cycle 350 mg a week. thanks. by the way thanks again for all the imput on my other posts yall guys kick ass!!

you need to read more bro before you start but here it is. wait until your test clears then rung 40mg of nolvadex ED for 2 weeks then 20mg for another 2 weeks. When the test clears depends on wait kind.
