Ok here goes with the stats:
28 yrs old
5'9" 214 lbs
16% BF
Training for 6 years seriously.
My diet consists of the usual Bodybuilder diet: egg whites, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice, tuna, lean red meat, turket and chicken. Fats come from Natty PB and omega supplements.
Getting about 4200 cals a day.
Goal is to become a lean machine at about 10-12% BF at about 230 lbs
I would eventually like to compete in some local shows.
I have cycled test and some orals in the past..this will hopefully be my first "complete" cycle, I'll admit I've kinda half assed it up to this point.
Weeks 1-4
Anadrol 75mg ED
Test Propionate 100 mg EOD
EQ 200 mg on Tues and Thurs= 400mg week
Weeks 5-7
EQ 200mg on Tues and Thurs= 400mg week
Weeks 8-16
EQ 200 mg on Tues and Thurs= 400mg week
Tren acetate 75 mg EOD
I will have Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno
PCT will consist of Clomid starting 3 weeks after the last Tren shot.
