  • My gains have slowed SOOOO MUCH

I'm so dissapointed i am in the middle of my 7 th week and my gains have slowed down to a standstill.
Here is how my cycle looks

    week 1-12 test enan 500mg
    week 1-12 eq 400mg
week 1-5 worked my way up to 30mg a day of dbol
    week 13- 15 test prop
    week 15-18 pct

I am taking 250iu hcg twice a week,
I am keeping the water weight off and gaino off with letro, and i am using propecia to counteract the test conversion so i don't go bold, I have just enough hair so i don't want to loose any.

The first 5 weeks my diet was very clean but only consumed a little more than 2500 calories, Keeping my proteing intake above 250g a day. I gained 13 pounds in 4 weeks and alot of strenght with the dbol; but after the fourth week it all started to slow down.

I have not gained a single pound even though i have been eating 4000 solid cals a day, My stomach has gottten bigger but nothing else has grown, strength is going up very slow , i feel like i'm going natural

any how i won't bore you any more, My stats are,
6'2 202pounds, bench 275 for my last set of flat bench 4 times

I put on 25 pounds on my last cycle wich was deca test and winny
i got to 217 and have dieted to get my bf down to around 13 14 % untl i started with this cycle

any thoughts, can i do something different

I am thinking of bumping the test up to 750mg a week or maybe adding winny to the mix, maybe even some creatine or something
ANY IDEAS GUYS, I"M DESPERATE I wanted to gain atleast 25 pounds of this one and it doens't look like i will

I have gotten the advice to eat more as your body weight increases and continually eat more calories throught the cycle.

If you feel your cals are up then check your training intensity, the muscles must be more and more taxed! in order to keep the growth coming. alot of people get comfortable thinking they automatically should keep growing because they are on a cycle. update your training and also check your sleeping habits

Why don't you try eating more, you may put on more fat but you will gain some muscle with it, 2500 cals seems pretty low for a bulker.

my cals ar up around 4000 a day from week 5 when i noticed the slow gains, I changed my routine and have been sore for the past two weeks,
I am trying out my friends routine, he is in the marines so he has a lot of endurance. he is able to start out first exercise go up to 275 and then 7 excersices after he is still using dumbells around 100 pounds when i could barely pick up 50, my muscles where shot by that excersice.
i'm doing good with intensity and cal

What do you guys think of introducing winny or upping my test to 750?????????

maybe your a fast starter ? me im a slow starter at week 7 it would just start workin for me! i would go to week 10 and then revaluate your gains. make sure to eat more for your new size!

well, very good points here check all of your diet/cal, sleep, etc. AND if that's said you may need to look at your doses, your body might be shut down now and used to the dose your giving it so take a look at that, read up on it, and then make an informed decision.

How many days a week are you training? Post your full routine if you can. Sounds like it's your routine. Is your friend gaining size or just endurance?

Hey man just to let you know if you up the test you will gain more water! If I read right you are trying to lose some water. If you are going to add anything else I would try maybe some Thermogain. They reason why is it will crank up intensity. I did this and man my workouts are crazy. I am currently on a cycle and I wouldnt be able to get through it w/o Thermogain.

I am focusing on my diet, it's hard to eat more because of time constraints but i'm adding two more proteing shakes a day which are adding 100 g of protein and around 450 cals, and alsoadding a metrx 330 cal protein bar.

I think that my problem is sleep, I passed out for 15 hours str8 on my day off, woke up and felt tired. I sat down to watch tv and i dosed off for another 2 hours, luckily i woke up just in time for my workout.
I upped my test to 750 and feel my whole body has gotten harder and i get better pumps, I contradicted the estrogen and water gain with a little letro and I feel like it's working

I never thought sleep played such a huge role. I usually get 7 hours of sleep a day so i thought i had it covered but obviously that isn't enough. Now i have to make an effort to sleep more

I am trying but with school and work i think my results will be mediocare for this cycle, i just don't have the time
I will still do my best i can but i am dissapointed

If you arent gaining on 4000 calories then up it to 4500, if you still arent gaining up it to 5000, and so on. If you eat enough you will gain, enough said.
