I need some advice, I am an ex football player(10yrs), who used Testosterone Cypionate with great gains, I am now about 80 pounds lighter and consider myself a pretty good runner and train hard w/weights. I want to make some gains but not bulk up. I plan on starting a 10-12 wk cycle of eq. I like the profile of slow but steady gains, I figure this will give me some time to get used to my added muscle mass if any.
Wanted some input as to whether this is the best choice for my goals or not.
Also, training, should I cut back on running, I currently run 16-20 miles per week and swim and bike a shitload along with 5xwk weight lifting.
