    267 lb. (au naturale)
    17% BF
    early thirties in age
    13 years lifting

    Do I need to get fancy on my first cyle? or just get some cyp and nolvadex for 12 weeks?

    I was thinking 8 week cycle:

    Deca - 200 MG per week
    Bold - 200 MG per week
    Anavar - 60 MCG per week

    My amounts may be too low . . .

    I eat about 2500 calories a day.
    50% protein
    30% carbs
    20% filler

    I lift 5 days a week and do cardio 2 days week.

    Looking to harden and cut. My next cycle I'll look into adding more size.

    I would just stick with some test c or e around 400-600mg/week and add some nolva.

      Man I would try just Test E at no more then 500mg for 10wks. Then if its good wait 10 wks before you get back on and run the same w/ Eq.

          stick with this idea... run cyp or some enant. for 10 to 12 weeks at 400 to 500 mgs a week...
          but also.. u need to up ur cals, try gettin at least 4000...
          all this and some sleep and u will be very happy with the results...

            400 mgs of cyp for 12 weeks bro-- keep nolva on hand and you can use it for your pct aswell

            your training and diet are a bigger factor then the gear bro -- just keep all incheck and you will get decent gains!
            no need to jump off the bridge with a bunch of shit -test only is all you need

              I read different resource sites and the cycles they recommend are huge. I was told once a few years ago to start with test and eq until your receptors are less sensitive then start mixing. I didn't want to blow up with water so I was skeptical about the high test dosages. Like I was saying, from what I read the cycles were real sexy mixes sometimes 4 or 5 different types over 10 week periods.

              I don't know how you do it with the protein intake, 270 grams of protein is tough to do day in and day out even with the supplements.

              I guess it is hard to believe test / eq and you are good to go . . . it seems too easy. You can really tell I am new.

                    By combining test and EQ, you can use less test to get great results. For a first cycle, start LOW with doses. Some people advocate 500mg of test per week minimum, but I've made great gains doing 300mg test enanthate and 300mg EQ per week for 12 weeks. It's great....one shot per week (1/5cc of each if you get 200mg/mL gear) in the glutes.

                    Always start low...if you don't, you might be someone can make great gains on low doses and you'll never know it. Think of all the saved money and potential side effects avoided.

                    For someone your size, your calories are too low. Start altering your diet by making sure you're getting 1.5mg of protein per pound of bodyweight every day while bulking.
