  • Cycle #2 and all the info,critique away

    Alright,i am heading into my second cycle the end of november and my previous cycle was test E 600mg/ew and eq 500mg/ew for 8 weeks (ran out of test). This cycle is a cutter but with a lil bulk at the beginning,it looks like this:

    weeks 1-15 Test E 400mg/EW

    weeks 1,2,3,4 Dbol at 35mg ED along with .25mg Adex EOD to keep bloat down

    weeks 1,2,3 Clen starting at 40mcg and working up

    weeks 4,5,6 EC stack

    weeks 7,8,9 Clen again

    weeks 10,11,12 EC Stack

    weeks 13,14,15 Clen again
    weeks 14,15,16,17 50mg Winny ED

    weeks 16,17,18 EC Stack
    weeks 18,19 40mg Nolva ED
    weeks 20,21 20mg Nolva ED

    I am a college student and will be going back home for the holidays,so i will have 3 different schdules throughout the cycle,but i will post my diet for each schedule to see what yall think

    Alright,well like i said,i am in college and am starting the cycle right after thanksgiving break,so i will have 2 weeks or so still at school before i can get home and have the grocery store at my disposal,as a poor college kid i have to live with what they serve,but this is what i devised

    First 2 and 1/2 weeks at school

    6am wake up
    6:10 protein shake

    6:30-7 cardio

    7:30 6 egg whites(from hard boiled eggs) 1 scoop scrambled eggs,2 slices breakfast ham,bowl of regular cheerios/or mini wheats

    8:00 class

    10:30 protein shake with peanut butter

    11-1:50 class

    2:00 can of tuna with fat free mayo(cant stomach it dry)

    2:30 workout

    3:15 postworkout whey protein

    4:30 dinner (usually 2 tuna subs and veggies,all depending on what they have)

    7:30 2 apples with peanut butter(reduced fat)

    10:15 protein shake before bed

    i know its not the best,but its all i have to work with,any suggestions would be benefitial,i will post my other diets here in a little bit

      Here is the diet i will have for a month or so during the bulk of the cycle,so suggestions are very welcomed here since i have more at my disposal...on my parents dollar of course


      7:15am wake up

      7:30 3 slices of whole wheat bread with reduced fat pb

      8:00 cardio

      9:00 4 egg whites,1 whole egg,chicken breast with onions

      11:00 whey protein with tbsp of pb

      11:45 workout

      12:45 postworkout whey protein and a cup of grape juice

      1:45 2 chicken breasts,1 cup or so of brown rice with onions

      4:00 2 cans of tuna,grilled with onions

      6:30-7 whatever is made for dinner,i will be smart about what i eat

      10:00 casein protein before bed

      i know it could use improvements,i am just hopin yall could point them out,my 3rd diet is still in construction cuz i just signed up for classes, the supps i will be using are hawthorn berry,flax seed caps,garlic caps,and multivitamins

          haha,taste like tuna with a lil burn too it,i add onions when i grill it,it tastes good to me,better than eating it straight from the can

            Save the rimi for when you need it and not right away, AIs can be dangerous to your health if you don't use them wisely.

            Also, don't try to bulk and cut in the same cycle. It's hard to do and usually doesn't work the way most want it to. If you were running a 24 week cycle, that would be the only time I think it would be worth it. But, you don't need a 24 week cycle to begin with.

              just out of curosity why would you drop the test to 400 for your second cycle? wouldn't you want to increase or stay at 600?

                i lowered it cuz i wanted to run a longer cycle and i am looking for more of a cutting effect...getting a lot of size isnt the biggest thing on my list

                    does anyone have any thoughts on the diet?can i get a critique or a looks good or looks decent or something,it would be much appreciated

                      I think it looks good. If you want to build hard lean muscle, then you need to throw some steak in there somewhere. I eat it for breakfast. Also, if you're trying to cut down stay away from the carbs, like bread and pasta, i have been on a similar diet and lost 25lbs in the last month and a half. But other then that it looks pretty good as long as you stay loyal to it, you should receive results
