well guys im new hear and i want to ask u guys for advice im 19 years old and i weigh like 200lbs im 5/8. i want to lean out i have love handels i want to get rid of.i eat 6 time a day i eat a lot of greens, chicken , and drink a lot of water .
i run 1 mile a day and i work out lite weight. oh and i bought a bottle of stan qv 100 do u think its going to help this is how im going to take it ..
