I love it. Some say it is suppressive and some don't. I don't think there are any conclusive studies either way. I still think it helps coming off cycles (usually longer ones).

IMO, being 'off' means taking nothing that even resembles an androgen. I can't imagine that Proviron isn't at least a little bit suppressive...and anything that hinders recovery to any degree is something I try to avoid.

Proviron is fantastic , and yes it does suppress , I have the studies if you want them , but they are Long and boring .. so just trust me ...LOL

Proviron is only proven suppressive at extremely high doses. It really hasnt been proven to be suppressive at low doses and low doses is all it would take to maintain a feeling of well being and your sex drive at the end of a long cycle. 25 to 50mg a day should have very little affect on recovery. i feel the pluses of it used at the end during PCT far outweigh the negatives.

I think its best used as a bridge, after you first come off and are using HCG, when the HCG finishes its probably best to get off the proviron and run nolva or clomid or both for a couple of weeks.

Personally I keep taking it for a few weeks, make some effort to stay off it for a few weeks after and stay away from any androgens or hcg's for a that period before going back on.

I think that unless your gonna go natural for the long term then whats the point in staying off the gear for any more than 7-8 weeks? you'le just loose too much of your hard earned gains.

I think people get to caught up in supression sometimes. After a cycle using 50mg of proviron per day will not hurt that much as compared to how good it will make you feel and keeping more gains. Then coming off the proviron will not be as drastic as coming off a cycle with just novaldex/clomid.
