5'10" 170 lbs
7% BF
I have been training for about 5 years. I dont have consistant diet, I just eat when Im hungry, and take protein shakes in the morning, at lunch, and before bed. I would like to gain 20-30lbs more of solid muscle.
My question is this.... I am about to cycle on QV Enanthate 250, and I was wondering if I should take 1/2cc every three to four days, or 1cc a week. I read that the later is correct, but I figured that someone on this thread that had cycled on it before could tell me better.
