I just went to the Dr. today. I checked my blood pressure and it came back 160/92! Damn that is high. I can actually feel the pressure all day long. My mom works for the Dr. and on Monday they said they are going to check me out one more time to find out what type of drug they are going to put me on. The reason for this post is I need to know if I should take what they give me or will that effect my cycle. Just to let you know I am currently on a Test, decca, dbol cycle. The test is being run at 750mgs a weeks, the decca at 300mgs right now but next week I was suppose to up it to 600mgs, and the dbol at 40mgs ed. This is the first time that I ever get high BP from a cycle. My mom suffers from it naturally. But me in the other hand have never had it high and usually everytime I get off it goes down to 110/65 around there, which is below normal. My diet is about 5700 calories a day and about 400g of protien a day aswell. My diet can be seen on the nutrition forum under the thread FOOD!. Now I will admit that I am a little scared but not scared enough to stop. I am suppose to be doing it until Feb. Where I would get off and then get back on about 2 months later for the cutting phase before the show. So if anyone has suffered from this and recovered or has any info I would greatly appreciate it.

My guess would be the Dbol it has been know to cause an increase in blood pressure. Try either cutting back or stopping it all together and see if it goes down. Maybe you wont need medication. I know fina raises mine a lot so I dont take it anymore.

Blood pressure
if it does not level off by monday just lower the dose of the d-bol. get some hawthorne berry and c0q-10. DO NOT TAKE ANY PRESCRIPTION DRUG from your doctor, because if you do it might hinder your gains and cause other complications.
you be alright just keep close eye on you BP and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.

The dr should not be putting you on bp meds after only one or two high results first of all. You should be tracking it for a few weeks on a daily basis.
Listen to what the other guys said about adjusting your cycle and hold off on a doctor's prescription until you're sure it's medically necessary.

Ok sorry I wasnt able to get back to yall. But they didnt put me on any meds for the BP but they put me on anxiety medicine. Dont know why. But I have taken it. I think its called Ativan or something like that. What if I drop the dbol for now and take later or what if I drop the does to 30mgs? This has never happen before thats why its wierd for me. I have even taken 50mgs a day of dbol for 4wks and nothing over 140/80 on BP. I will drop the dbol if I really have to. I havent taken it in the past 2 days but I am starting today unless yall dont think I should even take 30mgs a day. Please let me know.

Anxiety, also raises B.P. When there was tryouts for Court officers in Toronto before the physical test, they tested are blood pressure. Everyone was nervous and 75% of the class had elevated B.P. so they left us alone to sit for a while and the blood pressure dropped!

So are you telling me that maybe the dbol is not what is causing the bp to rise? Because to be honest I have suffered from anxiety for a long time but nothing ever that high on the bp. I have never taken meds for my anxiety ever. Let me know bro.

Geez - not to be harsh, but high bp is a serious problem - and in your case, given what you are on - it is certainly probable that the combo of AAS (esp. the dbol) has caused you to have major water retention and hence the high bp.
A quick fix (like 24-48 hr fix), although not one for the novice ding-dong, is to use a diuretic. USE ONLY IF YOU KNOW YOUR SHIT - AKA, you're me :D
Also, the estrogen control, or lack of one, is a major player in this as well - so yes, the arimidex or letrozole, etc. is a good move, but not a very quick fix so to speak.
Now, I'd certainly dial back the dose of the dbol to ZERO, and get some herbal diuretics, like dandelion root, or even traxatone (which is an OTC for reducing water retention). Then I'd take it for a week, and measure your bp again. Also get on the anti-aromatase asap.
Trust me, a week without dbol isn't gonna "kill my gains dude" - fuck that noise - you need to watch your health first.
good luck bro,
DrG
