How many cc of B-12 should I take a week ? And should I take more the first two weeks ?

I take 2cc's every day. No need to front load it. If you're doing glute shots make sure the needle is fine like 25 gauge 1.5 inch long. If it is 1 inch tends to form bruises absess. You can take 1cc every day minimum 3 cc's maximum.
