once a week or twice a week?

im on 250mgdeca and 200mg test a week, i did my first shot last night, 2cc in glute, and my next shot is next sun, would it b more effective if i split it up 1cc twice a week and how should i go about the days?

if it's enanthate or cyp, it won't really matter. deca either

and now that i think about it why on earth are you doing 200mgs/test only? i think your body produces around that amount already:confused:

Yeah skunk do 400-500mgs a week and about 300-400mgs of decca a week. Spread it out one shot of each every 3 days so you know for sure that your levels are always stable.
