    test 600mgs
    eq 600mgs
    gh --3ius to start
    ligf1 -- 40 mcgs postw
    t3 75 mcgs - while running the l-igf1 then back down to 25mcgs while off the l-igf1 --[ running l-igf1 for 5 weeks]

    will be dieting while running this --

    i am 293lbs at present -- been eating like shit - enjoying it though lol


    short term goal is 260 lbs --

              Good luck, House! I had some relatively recent health issues not related to AAS/Prohormone use (low thyroid and low red blood cell counts) and hadn't been able to lift for some time now due to extreme fatigue and strength loss. Anyway, I'm just getting started again but I lost a lot of muscle and gained a bunch of fat during my off time. I'm at about 18% BF right now too. It sucks, huh? I'm only 185 right now at 5'-10" so I'm feeling really shitty about my physique, lol. Once I regain my former progress, I'll probably do an 8-10 week test cycle in late spring. I definitely gotta lose that fat first though, lol. It will be a little bit easier for me to make a comeback knowing that you also are cutting. ;)
