  • How Does this Theory Sound......

For my first cycle, I did a 10-week cycle of 500mg of Enantate and 30mg of DBOL. At the 8 Week Point up until the 10 Week End, I coasted at the same weight gain of 30lbs.

Now for my second cycle, I am trying to fit my gear and diet so that I can do a 12 week cycle so that I keep gaining until the very end. In order for me to that, I plan on keeping the DBOL the same for 6 weeks at 35mg but increase my test so that it looks like this:

    Weeks 1-6: 35mg DBOL
    Weeks 1-8: 600mg Enantate
    Weeks 9-12: 700mg Enantate

From personal experience, if I up my calories and test at Week 8, I should continue to gain mass at a very good rate instead of coasting and potentially WASTING GOOD GEAR!! What do you all think of this? I posted this on MassMonsterz as well !

well you probably know that just because you increase gear to a certain point the gains are not exponetial. basically to continue growing (while not getting fat, unless you don't care about that) you need to increase food more than juice. and your training always has room for improvement (not you specifically but everyones does). so for your next cycle I would add in the extra 100mg of test along with your dbol and just take a look at your diet and training and have a good plan. I wouldn't up it to 700mg the last three weeks either I would just keep it the same and run it at 600 the whole way.

ditto on the food. if you're up 30lbs, you should eat like you're +30.

Good luck, you never know, in general though body reaches a point where it needs to digest the gains you have, ie, body needs to get use to new muscle.

30 lbs. on first cycle is phenomenal, if you did 20 this next one, that's 50 lbs, of muscle in a year, that is in physiological terms ungodly.

        Good Luck

Your body will only allow you to grow so much.

Homeostasis will incur the production or cortisol to combat extremely rapid muscle gain to try to stabilize itself.

Sometimes you just wont grow anymore because of this normalization process.

30 pounds is amazing and you should be wholeheartedly happy.

Food is what determines your gains, juice helps with the food to add muscle, but if you think it's all the juice your missing the point. Diet, training and recovery are what's needed to gain muscle, the juice is an aid.
