looking for some help with my first cycle.
I am 5,9 220 lbs
I have lifted weights for 7 years off and on been back hard at it for about 3 months
I am eating about 3200 calories a day
i am drinking 2 shakes of whey a day
taking no2 twice daily

i am sarting monday the 12/13/04
a cycle of teston qv 200
trying to find out how much to do and how many times a week
