Hey guys,
I did a summer bulker and gained a good 20lbs on test. prop (two month cycle)... a lot of water, some fat etc. I ended up cutting when I went to school the next semester (If I have to restrict calories and eat shitty cafeteria food and fast food I might as well diet, right?)... Lost about 30lbs waaaay too quickly, and gained back most of the fat (without the muscle) the moment I started eating normal again. Probably one of the most frustrating thing sin my entire life. I've almost completely decided that I will never completely "cut" again (rawr! Go bulkus'es!). I'm leaning towards using something like Winny and EQ in hopes to lean out while gaining a little bit of strength. I'm a little bit sick of having to make the choice between being a fatass, and beiny a skinnyass.
Just an FYI... I'm not a diet retard. I know a lot about nutrition, and my most recent diet I did was UD2.0. I believe, overall it's a great diet... I'm just tired of the whole dieting or straight cutting scene.
So what do you guys think? Is Winny and EQ what I'm looking for? Something to lean out, while packing on some strength at the same time?
