    G'day from down under


    I need some help in what I should take to bulk up and also tone up -

    Can you suggest possibly a course I could use - or should I just use sus 250 and stanazol?

    Test. Im on my second course of test now. The first course was enanthate, this one is prop, and im loving this stuff, no bloat like enathate. Its gonna be kinda hard to bulk up and tone one at the one time tho. Better off splitting both phases.

      Age?
      Weight?
      Diet?
      Years training?

        Stats are:

        Age: 23
        Male
        80kg

        Diet - 6 meals a day, high protein less carbs diet - eating to lose the w8 and taking optimum 100% whey protein.

        Been working out for about a year and a half now - noticed some change in my body shape. I push my self and i know what im doing there

        Training - 5 days with w8s and also doing about an hour of cardio each day

          To soon for juice IMO. Dont make the mistake alot of us have made, myself included. Try and reach your maximum natural growth level before you juice.

              eating to lose weight isnt 80kgs about 170lbs? 5 days with w8s and 1 hour cardio a day you might be overtraining. IMO i would eat more do less cardio.

                your metabolism is probably very slow right now , with slow metabolism and one hour of cardio you are probably burning some muscle mass. drop cardio to 30 min and see what happends

                  How tall are you bro? 170lbs. If you are 5'8'' or taller you need to gain weight not lose it. Also please dont rush into gear. I wish I wouldnt have. I never let my body grow to its full potential b4 aas use. Also unless you are chunky then you shouldnt do cardio until you get to the size you want. After you get that size then can another 15-20lbs even if it looks bad then start to cut. Cause you have to remember when you cut you lose mass and about 20lbs. So you dont want to get to the size you want to just lose it when you got bro. Also take our advice and eat and rely on your diet and train for another 2yrs b4 you think about gear.

                    With proper diet, training, rest, supplementation etc etc etc you can make huge differences in your body comp. I dont think you have all of those things in order from what you have posted here. Steriods can make up for allot of short comings, but what are you going to do when you come off. Get everything else lined out b4 you take juice. I would drop the cardio to non weightlifting days on an empty stomach first thing in the morning if you could. I would also train each bodypart every 5-7 days and no sooner. You will only grow during rest not while you hammer out countless sets. Make sure you are getting enough rest at night, no weekend partying and drinking or rec. drug usage. You see what I am saying? I could go on for another 30 minutes about what to do and what not to do, what to consume, when to consume, pre bed supplements etc... This is an outstanding board to learn all of the things you need to know. Take your time and browse through the nutrition forum, training and supplement forum and find out what really works. There is a search button on the bottom right hand corner of each forum where you can type in a phrase to search for. If you still have questions feel free to ask that is why we are here, but I think you need to educate yourself more right now. Good luck

                      This is exactly right. Proper diet and working hard in the gym, and plenty of rest and water can work wonders.

                        Sust is not for beginners. To best utilize Sust you must shoot it EOD or ED. If you were going to decide to do it get either Test Enan or Cyp. So you can do just 2 injections a week.
