Good discussion on intensity. I try to lift as heavy as possible ... going to failure on the last rep of each set.

I think my diet is the culprit. I increased by calories by ~500 yesterday and noticed an increase in strength. I also gained a little weight.

So, I think my food calcs are off. I'm going to focus on diet first. If that doesn't work, I'll change up my workout.

[B]I don't agree with the test statment. I used the same amount of test for well over a year and made gains the whole time.

nothing is wrong with an amount of test he takes , in my opinion the only mistake was taking too much of it in a beginning and then dropping it down.

Are finally gaining the weight? Also I thought there was going to be a contest between you and stonecold. Is this still on?

Slipped big time on my diet over the holidays. My strength continues to increase, and I look more musclar and leaner. But, my overall weight is down. I'll stick to my diet and see what happens.
