reducing alcohol concentration?

I never had problem with Organon SUS 250, but this batch seems to be slight painfull. Can anyone tell me how effective is it to reduce the alcohol concentration level when you bake it in the oven? And if so how long?

cut it with sterile oil. add 1/4 ml to your barrel with your gear, if that isnt good enough try 1/2 ml.
