  • once and for all can you make/keep d-bol only gains

Every time i pop into a forum, there is someone asking about a d-bol only cycle.

I have read various articles and forum responses.

First i am in no way going along that route, but i remember in the past people making and keeping d-bol gains

If sensible about pct, liver protection etc and keeping doses reasonable, after the water gains have gone, is it possible to keep the gains.

re liver toxicity an average binge drinker / heavy drinker does probably as much if not more damage to the liver over a much longer time scale,

A also read an article on low dose long term usage of D-bol.

CAN YOU JUST CLEAR UP THESE BITS/MYTHS ABOUT D-BOL

Not talking about full oral only cycles or test/d-bol cycles, just D-bol

one person says they have a friend who has made ok gains, one says no needles no AAs, one says test/d-bol.

WHAT ARE YOUR EXPERIANCES EITHER AS A BEGINNER/NOVICE OR AS AN EXPERT CHEMIST ON JUST D-BOL

    HAVE YOU MADE GOOD GAINS

    HAVE YOU KEPT GAINS

    HAVE YOU HAD GYNO

    WHAT WHERE YOUR DOSES

This may sound a bit stupid, but if all these questions are answered this time i can stop looking at posts that mention B-bol or oral only cycles

    Thanks

    In my view and from what I've read, ther are perhaps three main problems with the retention of gains from d-bol after cecesion of intake;

    1) Its harsh on your natural test and so shuts you down, even on low dose - accordingly if you don't get your PCT in quick then your in a state of high estrogen low test until your body recovers its natural function, possibly after you have lost all your gains.

    2) D-bol is an excellent blocker of cortisol, so as well as being anabolic (higher protein absorption) its very anti catabolic (prevents expel of amino acids from muscle cell to be used up as energy)and when your on it this partly accounts for the rapid onset of strength and weight gain. The problem is that when you come off the build up of cortisol floods to the muscles and there is no longer anything to stop them fucking up your nitrogen/protien retention.

    3) The water retention you get off d-bol may not be attractive at times but doen help you strength and interconective function, when you come off your joints start aching more, your strength goes a bit and this is very demotivational and makes you not want to bother training and eating.

There are other factors like apetite, but these three in my view are the main problems. So you have to address them with fast PCT, maybe some clen or other anti catabolic.

Personally I think its a dirty drug, it worked for me as the first course that I ever had but since then it just bloats me and I stay the fuck away from it.

    Just my tupence!

scientifically the answer is yes. It is possible to keep significant gains from d-bol by itself, but it takes a lot more discipline in diet and training to do so because of all the factors that Mr. Incredible pointed out.
I always here people say that d-bol gains are JUST water and thats why you cant retain them but this is completely false and you can prevent the water gain with clean diet and some sort of eca supp.
In fact i have used d-bol for cutting cycles and had great results with it....really brings out those veins when your cutting.

On the other hand i have also experienced the typical water bloat gains from my very first cycle. It was test and d-bol and i gained 30 pounds and kept only about 10......i was young, dumb, and inexperienced, and therefore wasnt disciplined enough to follow a strict enough diet/training/pct regimen needed when coming off d-bol.

I think it depends on proper PCT and how you continue to train and eat after the cycle.

Can you do a dbol only cycle and make and keep SOME of the gains... YES if your diet, PCT, and training is correct after stopping the dbol.... However a lot of the gains from dbol are water gains and help to add more strength which helps add more muscle over time when on a longer cycle like a 12 week cycle of test kicked off with dbol... Also when running a dbol only cycle you are going to run it maybe 4 or 6 weeks which IMO is not enough time for your body to reset its homeostasis point meaning it won't be used to carry any new muscle and will be inclined to go back to the amount of muscle mass it had before you did the cycle....

The short answer is that there is no point to a dbol only cycle... you are much better off running a test only cycle or test with dbol at the beginning... you will be much happier with the results...

Exactly, doesnt matter what drug it is, if you dont train and eat right after then your not gonna keep anything.
