That's pretty interesting that you get the same penalty for selling a fake illicit drug. So, you can sell someone a bag of oregano and tell them it's pot, get busted and still get fines and/or jail time? That's pretty messed up. The ironic part of it is that the person who sold the genuine article probably gets off easier than the one-timer who sells a fake. LOL

First off Dave will be out in 6 months, He was charged under an FDA violation nothing else. For consiperacy to sell a non-FDA approved med.

Dave was not the making it, he thought he was purchasing export kits of serostim, which are fake gh kits , but as many of you know do contain real gh. The piece of shit is the one who he was going to get them from, which by the way he never did, it all happened proir any sale.

Dave Palumbo is one of the best people in the industry, And those who dont know him or the entire situation shouldnt open thier mouths because they dont know!
