Does anyone know what causes the numbness and falling asleep in the fingers and hands when taking GH? 3 times last week it woke me up out of a dead sleep and was very painful. It felt like my hand had frostbite and was thawing out. The weirdest part is its always my right hand never my left. I have lowered my dose to 3 ius a day due to this. Anyones insight would be great.

dude that is so weird. I get it so much worse in my right hand than my left too. Mine is more like carpul tunnel syndrom though. I actually was gonna start my own thread, but came across yours. I have it worse than ever right now. I am on 3iu's of sersostim, and have been back on the g for aprox 6 weeks. It sersiously fuc*ing kills. Mine is more in my arm on the underside from the wrist joint out about 6 inch's. Feels like either a dull pain or pins and needles like it's falling asleep. And hurts the most if i clench my fists. Oh well at least we know it's legit.

same here as I have said before. MOre my left hand than my right hand though. I have a forearm exercise that I do. Its the eagle catcher- 4 springs up top and 1 below for your thumb and there are hooks on the springs for your fingers. I use that in the morning and at night to keep the area used. I find the more I disuse it the more it hurts. I am only using 2iu/day too, lol. If I can ask-how old are each of you?

my hypothesis is that people who are younger or still producing enough really don't need much GH since they have at least a bit of production still. the older (not even sure what the cutoff agewise would be) people would need and could use more with less sides as their natural production dropped making them able to use 5-6 or higher ius per day. It probably is not correct but it was just an idea i had.

stonecold to answer your question I am 33 years old and this is my 2nd go round with Gh but truethfully I didnt know what I was doing the 1st time about 6 years ago. I have dropped my GH to 3 ius a day and only taking 6 days a week. I have found so far that the 1 day off helps to lower the numbness and pain in my right hand. I am going to continue this and see how it works. I plan on staying on for 6 months Minimum hopefully a year though.

Iamhhuge that is really wierd because that is the same amount of time I have been on the GH. The pains started at about 4 weeks and have progressively gotten worse. And it is always in the right hand never in the left. I agree we know its real though...

I am 24 years old and am taking 2 IUs jino every morning with 20mcg Long R3IGF-1 after workouts and the most pain I have is a little popping of the wrists. The wierd thing is I expected my wrists to hurt worse than everyone else because I have quite narrow wrists. But I don't experience any of these problems, but I know the stuff im taking is legit because I am experiencing all other side effects like tirdness through the day and a big loss in body fat along with muscle gain. Even though the GH is not a large dose I expected the IGF-1 to take over for it.
