...and I still feel pretty good. I am still using the GH at 2iu per day. and I am on a good regime of Vitamins that includes-Cranberry, ALA, Green Tea, Flax Oil, Vit C, Vit E, B6, B5, and proviron (for sperm production). I weighed in at the gym yesterday at 219 so I haven't lost any weight since I went off. I have only done 3 workouts since going off too. But I still feel good and hard. I did get some acne coming off for the first time in a long time. But tanning is taking care of that as well as the B5 and ALA. My diet really has to come in now. Lots of chicken is going into my freezer, lol. Hopefully I can drop down to a nice lean 205.
