is ALA benficail while on GH ???

Well, I cant say if it would have a synergistic effect. But ALA always has the same benefits. And since most users love gh's fat burning effect, it would make sense that ALA could help in that aspect.

I think ALA is helpful anytime. May not get all that much out of it but is certainly wont hurt.

well iwas simply thinking that since GH reduces slin sensetivity ,and r ala increases it .?????
