just wondering has anyone used a clen pump before? what were the results? is it worth taking? wanting to compete for march 19 need a good fat burner?

are you talking about clen that COMES in a pump or clen that GIVES you a pump?

from what i understood it comes in a pumphave u heard of this before. i was talkin with a guy in my gym about it and he said u pump this stuff out and take it orally?

Ya, Ive used it, but personally like the tabs better. Decent results, but realistically your diet has to be in order first. I think clen is really good the first 2 weeks you use it, and then its not as affective. For me atleast, everyones different.

Yeah bro take it 2ks on then 2wks off. Cycle it like that. Your body gets use to it fast. I think you will be fine if you take my advice.
