  • Blood pressure

The top number of my BP is boderline high even without gear. But when running gear the top Number shoots up even higher and my resting pulse sometimes gets up to around 115 with some anxiety.

Anyone ever have this problem? I am thinking of dieting down and getting leaner before a cycle to see if that will keep the BP down.

Also, I don't know why it is only the top number. . . strange.

Oh also you can stack this stuff to get your bp lower. Garlic pills, buffered vitamin c, co-q 10, and vitamin e. Its working for me. Mine was as high as 170/94. Now its 150/75. But within a few weeks it will be lower like in the 140's cause I am stacking all that stuff.

The numbers are systolic over diastolic. The systolic is the pressure against the artery walls during the hearts contraction and the diastolic is the pressure agianst the walls during rest. Basically your blood pressure is reading that during the contraction your heart is having put extra force to push the blood through the body. You might want to go have a lipid panel done. If your LDL is high then you might have a partial blockage from LDL platelet build up. And gear can really mess with your cholesterol levels.

Have you gone to a cardiologist? What's your cholestoral like? And it dosn't necisarilly mean that it's something wrong. Stronger hearts don't have to work as hard as lazy hearts.
