it works pretty good-- its like a high powered glucosamine -- it helps build up the synovial fluid [sp] up in your joints relieving the pain

It will relieve the pain some. I know someone that took it and he didnt get wrist pains anymore. But I dont know for sure if it will relieve arthritis pain directly.

It will allow you to train harder and if you eat right and rest long enough you will get the size you seek

i've not used it personally but i've heard it's pretty good for joint pain
