Innovagen has released its first topical fat loss gel called Lipo-Solv
3D. This gel contains three of the the most potent plant alkaloids
that work synergistically to locally reduce the size of adipose (fat)
        cells.

Lipo-Solv first and foremost contains freebase yohimbine at a whopping dose of 25mg/ml. Freebase alkaloids are more easily transported through the skin than their acid salt analogs.

Secondly,Lipo-Solv contains capsaicin, the prototypical vanilloid receptor agonist found in hot peppers.

Thirdly, Lipo-Solv 3D contains nicotine, an alkaloid from the tobacco plant and a lipolytic agent in its own right.

Yohimbine is a familiar to many of us as an alpha 2 adrenergic receptor antagonist that allows adipose cells to release stores of fatty acids into circulation where they can be utilized as a fuel source for cardiovascular exercise.

Both capsaicin and nicotine are renowned for their ability to locally
release massive amounts of Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide (CGRP), a molecule noted for inducing insulin resistance. This is key to stopping new stores of fat from being added to our pre-existing adipose tissue. Locally reducing insulin's ability to shuttle circulating triglycerides into our fat cells is vital to our weight loss goals.

A second and equally important attribute of CGRP is vasodilation. CGRP is one of the bodies preeminent vasodilators, allowing for greater removal of the fatty acids stores released by yohimbine.

Lipo-Solv 3D is a smooth creamy gel like lotion that applies evenly
and absorbs readily into the skin leaving no residue. Lipo-Solv needs to be applied somewhat sparingly at first as it does get warm especially during and after a cardio session.

          Sodium Hyaluronate ( 10mg/ml, 10ml )

Sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid—HA) products have been
used successfully for years to treat joint disease in several species including man. HA is a normal component of joint fluid and cartilage and serves many functions, one of which is to "lubricate" the soft tissue structures of the joint and decrease inflammation. Until recently, HA products were given only as intra-articular injections, directly into the joint space. There is now an HA preparation that can be given intramuscularly (I.M.) and has shown beneficial results.

That product is called Hyaluron. Although the mechanism of action of HA is not entirely understood, it is recognized that sodium hyaluronate decreases synovial fluid inflammatory mediators (destructive enzymes) which may have a degradative effect upon articular cartilage. In addition to the anti-inflammatory actions, HA acts as a lubricating substance within the joint and provides a "protective barrier" over the synovial membrane. Hyluron is the joint disease therapy that helps stop acute damage before it becomes chronic. Hyluron is pure hyaluronic acid, the same polysaccharide present in normal joint fluid to protect and lubricate joint cartilage and soft tissues. Hyluron is produced by a patented biofermentation process, resulting in such purity that it can be given intramuscularly for immediate bioavailability.

A Colorado State University study demonstrated a systemic
administration of sodium hyaluronate significantly decreased the
synovial fluid concentrations of prostaglandins, glycosaminoglycan
(GAG), and total protein that are associated with inflammatory joint disease in the horse. The systemic administration of sodium hyaluronate also decreased the severity of cellular infiltration and vascularity in the synovial membrane (i.e., decreased inflammation at the synovial membrane level). This study demonstrates the systemic administration of sodium hyaluronate decreases inflammation, products associated with inflammation, and the degree of lameness in horses with arthritis (joint inflammation).

YNCA (Yohimbine HCl 5mg, Norephedrine HCl, 25mg, Caffeine 100mg, Acetylsalicylic Acid 100mg)

Instead of ephedrine, YNCA uses norephedrine, specifically IR.2S
norephedrine. Ephedrine is indeed very thermogenic, but it
doesn't hold water compared to norephedrine. Studies show that
amphetamines are number one at raising metabolic rate and
norephedrine a close second. To make things interesting study
after study shows that the 1R,2S form is twice as potent as the 1S,2R form. Not only is norephedrine more thermogenic but it is also a better anorecitc, able to suppress appetite more thoroughly. Norephedrine triumphs over ephedrine on one more front because it passes the blood-brain barrier much less the ephedrine therefore stimulating certain parts of the brain much less. It has just enough to cause some pep but not so much as to cause the person to feel badly.

To potentiate the norephedrine caffeine and aspirin are added and voila we have the NCA stack. The Y stands for yohimbine, an alpha sub 2 adrenergic receptor blocker. To explain why this is added I must explain a little biochemistry. All of the ephedrine alkaloids do their work by stimulating nerve ending to produce
catecholamines like adrenaline, an adrenergic hormone. In turn,
adrenaline stimulates various adrenergic receptors of which there are the beta and alpha types. The receptors we want stimulated to increase the rate of fat loss are the beta sub 2 and and the beta sub 3. Fortunately, 1R,2S norephedrine does an excellent job of doing this. The receptor that we don't want stimulated is the alpha sub 2. It is this receptor that prevents fat mobilization
out of the cell. Thus, whenever this receptor gets stimulated,
no fat can get out of the cell and no subsequent burning of that fat can occur. Women have an especially large amount of alpha sub 2 receptors in their lower body and thus tend to have a very difficult time keeping fat off of this area.
As an alpha sub 2 adrenergic receptor antagonist, yohimbine is ideal at blocking the above described effect, allowing fat to be mobilized and burned. A final benefit of the yohimbine is the ability to increase the libido in both men and women!

              Albuterol (4mg caps, 50 caps)

Albuterol, like its closely related chemical cousin clenbuterol, is
an asthma medication that has been adopted by athletes and
bodybuilders as an ergogenic aid. Like clenbuterol, albuterol
binds to beta 2 adrenergic receptors found on cells throughout the body. The beta 2 receptors on fat cells activate an enzyme
called hormone sensitive lipase. This breaks up stored fat into
free fatty acids that are able to then leave the fat cell and serve as a fuel source in other tissues. In athletes the primary target
of these fatty acids is working muscle. This is the familiar
process we know as lipolysis. Albuterol, like clen, is a potent
lipolytic agent, but simply freeing up fat is not enough. Unless
the body can burn the extra FFA (free fatty acids) they will simply be reincorporated into fat. Albuterol has the ability to elevate a
person's metabolic rate so these FFA can be utilized for fuel.
Numerous animal studies have shown that clenbuterol increases both muscle size and strength; data supporting these effects in humans are sparse. Albuterol on the the other hand has been shown to significantly increase both strength and endurance in humans.

As an added benefit, albuterol lowers LDL and total
cholesterol, while at the same time elevating HDL, the "good
cholesterol": "Significant alterations were observed in total
cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density
lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations, as well as the TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratios.

4 mg of albuterol taken approximately 1 to 2 hours before a workout allows for peak plasma levels to be reached during the training session. Additionally the much shorter half life of albuterol
compared to clenbuterol allows one to benefit from its ergogenic
effects during a training session but not suffer the sleeplessness
that many clenbuterol users experience. Moreover, the short
half life leads to much less beta 2 receptor down regulation than
with clenbuterol, allowing one to use the drug daily for longer
periods of time. On the other hand, if one is primarily interested in
fat loss rather than performance enhancement, one could take 3 or 4 multiple doses of albuterol throughout the day, always of course cutting back if clenbuterol like side effects are felt.

                Cyclodextrins

                (Nandro-Plex 50mg/ml nandrolone, 10ml)
                (Testo-Plex 50mg/ml testosterone, 10ml)
                (Bolden-Plex 50mg/ml boldenone, 10ml)
                (Stano-Plex 30mg/ml stanozolol, 10ml)
                *not shown Methandro-plex 30mg/ml methandrostenolone, 10ml

Cyclodextrins are bucket-shaped oligosaccharides produced from
starch. As a result of their molecular structure and shape, they
possess a unique ability to act as molecular containers by entrapping guest molecules (steroid hormones in this case) in their internal cavity. The resulting inclusion complexes offer a number of potential advantages in pharmaceutical formulations. Cyclodextrins increase the water solubility of poorly soluble drugs to improve their bioavailability. Light, thermal and oxidative stability of actives can be improved through the formation of cyclodextrin complexes. Cyclodextrins have also been used to reduce dermal, gastrointestinal or ocular irritation, mask unpleasant tastes or odors, prevent adverse drug-ingredient interactions and convert oils/liquids into powders to improve handling. Multiple benefits exist for cyclodextrin complexes in pharmaceutical formulations. The conformation of the glucose units in the cyclodextrin places the hydrophilic hydroxyl groups at the top and bottom of the three dimensional ring and the hydrophobic glycosidic groups on the interior.
