In my earlier post, I asked the easiest to lose fat on my body and I was told, cardio and diet. Well, whats the best way of turing the fat into muscle? I fear if I lose the way, say aboyt 20-25lbs, I will have to regain weight again when I try to build up more muscle, so Whats the best way to meet in the middle?

All you can do is burn bodyfat and gain muscle tissue but you cant turn fat into muscle not possible. When cutting you do lose some muscle mass but if your diet is really good you minimize this. In your case its going to be trial and error bro. I wouldnt get on gear just yet. Take a year or 2 to get used to how your body reacts to certain diets.
