A friend is offering me winstrol, but when he showed it to me it was in powder form, a soft looking white powder, however i've never seen any pictures on the web of winstrol in a powder form. Should i be concerned with forgery?

what do you mean in a powder form? in a sealed bottle like HCG or just the raw form of the steroid?
