I think the lathergy and cravings for shit food could cause problems for ya on weed, also I think its a depressent so the mellowing of your central nervous system may well slow your metabolism, which isn't good when your trying to assimulate lots of protien to recover from workouts.

it would probably help gains being an appetite stimulant. it also is a anti-inflamitory and a pretty good pain killer. this makes it very fun to train on. i would make sure to take an anti-estrogen or an aromatase inhibitor with it. some people say weed raises estrogen levels. whether or not thats true, i wouldn't take the chance.
