so many threads about drinking while on. here are my thoughts on that. it takes a lot of dedication to be a bodybuilder; whether for recreation or to compete. to get the maximun potential out of a cycle takes even more dedication. part of that dedication is being able to go those 2 or 3 months without drinking because it does have a negative effect on the body whether you realize it or not. i believe that even weekend drinking should be cut out all together while on a cycle.
